Welcome to pounced.org, the place for furs to meet. By
using(regardless of membership) this site you agree to abide
by all the terms of service below along with any rules posted
on site. By creating an account you indicate your acceptance
of the terms of service and agree to abide by any rules
posted on the site.
1. Eligibility - Membership is void where prohibited. You
agree that you are of legal age(as required by local
authorities) to accept this agreement and will abide by its
terms. You agree that are at least 18 years of age or older.
2. Term - This agreement will remain in full force and effect
while you use this site and/or are a member. You may
terminate your membership at any time, for any reason by
contacting the site administrators. Pounced.org may terminate
your membership for any reason, effective upon sending you
notice via email. This agreement will remain in effect even
if you have terminated your account and or usage with
pounced.org.
3. Usage and availability - This website is for use by the
general furry community, and may not be used by organizations
or individuals who are: members of the press or those
interested in prosecution and/or defamation of the furry
community. Illegal and/or unauthorized uses of the Web site,
including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of
members by electronic or other means for the purpose of
sending unsolicited email is strictly prohibited.
4. Content rights - Data posted by members to pounced.org
remains the property of those members, and might not be in
the public domain. As such you may not copy, redistribute or
sell member information, with out explicit written permission
from each member involved.
5. Content Posted on the Site.
i. You understand and agree that pounced.org may delete and
or review any content, data or messages, that are sent, or
posted to pounced.org. It is the sole judgment of pounced.org
how and which data is posted and or modified.
ii. By posting data to pounced.org org, you agree to allow
pounced.org to redistribute, copy, and display your data to
other members and site users.
iii. You are solely responsible for the content that you
publish or post to pounced.org, or transmit to other members.
iv. You may not include in your member profile or advertisements
any telephone numbers, street addresses, legal names, or business
names.
v. You agree not to post any explicit data such as
pornography to public areas of the site. What is explicit, is
the sole judgment of pounced.org.
vi. You must use pounced.org(this site) in a manner
consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations.
vii. You may not post, distribute or reproduce copyrighted
material, trademarks or other proprietary information using
resources provided by pounced.org. If you believe that data
posted on pounced.org violates a copyright or trademark on
your work please contact the site administrators to have the
violation investigated.
viii. You may not harm or attempt to harm minors in any way,
including without limitation, establishing or attempting
to establish unlawful contact with minors(whether on or off
of pounced.org). All complaints will be reported to law
enforcement agencies.
ix. You may not post information that disparages or attempts
to disparage any person or entity.
x. You understand that pounced.org does not control, and is not
responsible for content made available, and that by using
pounced.org, you may be exposed to content that is offensive,
indecent, inaccurate, misleading, or otherwise objectionable.
Furthermore, pounced.org and content available through
pounced.org may contain links to other websites, which are
completely independent of pounced.org. Pounced.org is in no way
responsible nor liable for content of any such site.
6. You may not harass, or impersonate, any person or entity using
resources provided by pounced.org. Resources may include, but are
not limited to, email or data posted to the site.
7. You are solely responsible for your communications and interactions
with other members of pounced.org. You understand that pounced.org is
not responsible or liable for the accuracy, content, or quality
of interactions or communications between members and that any such
communication or interactions have no implied nor expressed guarantees.
8. Pounced.org is not responsible for the accuracy, quality
or any other attribute of content or data on the web site,
whether posted by members of the site or pounced.org and its
associates. Pounced.org is not responsible for any
interruptions of service, regardless of reason.
9. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to
pounced.org's computer systems or engage in any activity that
disrupts, diminishes the quality of, interferes with the
performance of, or impairs the functionality of computer
systems in support of pounced.org.
10. We are not liable for your actions nor actions of any
third party.
11. You agree to indemnify and hold pounced.org, its

partners and harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or
demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any
third party due to or arising out of your use of the service
in violation of this agreement.
12. If any one part of this agreement is found to be invalid
or non-enforceable, the rest of the agreement will remain in
force.
13. We reserve the right to modify these terms of service at
any given time.
